Exhibition – Vision for Mosman Civic Centre Site

Council’s vision for the future of the Mosman Civic Centre site is on exhibition now until 18 March 2015. We’d like to know what you think…

The vision is to build new community facilities on the site, such as a contemporary high quality library, purpose-built art gallery, multi-purpose community spaces for youth and seniors, customer friendly and efficient administration offices and Council Chambers, as well as significantly increased public parking, and activation and beautification of public domain spaces. The cost of these improvements would be funded by some residential and retail development on the site. All development would be within the 15 metre (5 storey) height limit and FSR 3:1 limit that currently applies to the site.

Council is in the first stages of considering redevelopment of the site, and we’d like to know what you think of this vision. Find out more and complete the short survey. Exhibition material is also on display in the Civic Centre (ground floor foyer).
